Considering Chulmleigh College for September 2022 entry?
We are offering a number of small group tours with our Executive Headteacher Michael Johnson, Deputy Executive Headteacher Neil Payne and SENDCO Laura Mackie. After school for those who may not be able to visit in working hours and morning tours for those who wish to visit during a normal school day.  Being able to see the school ‘in action’ provides an excellent window into what we offer here, and with the tours being led by our Senior Leadership Team in a small group environment, you will have ample opportunities to ask any questions you may have.
We are offering a wide range of dates for these tours, please click on the links below to book.
    After school tours: Morning tours:
Year 6 Taster Morning Saturday 16th October 9am-12pm We are delighted to be able to offer prospective pupils the chance to attend a Taster Morning at the College, where they will experience a range of lessons and activities.

The India Cup

The India Cup is an annual competition which we run for Year 6 Transition pupils.

A research project about India focusing on one of the Humanities subjects.
The project must focus on one of these categories: History/Geography/Religion

To prepare between now and your first ‘official’ day at the College. Finished projects will be brought in on the day; put on display and judged! Cups and certificates will be awarded. One ultimate winner will get their named engraved on ‘The India Cup’!

A project worth doing. A forward looking focus. A research and creative task. A chance to show your new teachers at the College what you can do. A head start on some of the work we will be doing at secondary school.

We were so impressed with last year's entries - the first year we have run the India Cup project - and we are very much looking forward to seeing this year's work!

Please watch the introductory video below, where Mrs Eaton will share all the information you need to know about the project. You will find the powerpoint presentation and the printable map attached below.
